Maintenance guide
How often should you replace a pillow?
A fixed replacement calendar is less useful than checking condition, hygiene and whether the pillow still provides the fit you bought it for.
Replacement signs
- The pillow no longer returns to shape.
- Fill has shifted or clumped permanently.
- The cover or foam has deteriorated.
- Cleaning no longer keeps it acceptably fresh.
- Your needs or sleeping position have changed.
For molded foam, follow the manufacturer's care instructions and avoid washing the foam unless the product label explicitly allows it.
